Not every matter should go to court. Court action should only be the last resort. We understand a clients’ objective between a results focused outcome and a commercially prudent strategy. We know the remedial avenues to peruse in the right order.
In many cases, we have appeared for and have advised clients in alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediation. This can avoid the stress and financial strain of court actions. Courts encourage this and we have had considerable success in mediations.
